Relevantna znanja neophodna menadžerima za donošenje optimalnih poslovnih odluka, jednim dijelom mogu se dobiti primjenom benchmarkinga. Otuda se predmet istraživanja u ovom radu odnosi na analizu stepena poznavanja i primjene benchmarkinga u sektoru malih i srednjih preduzeća (MSP) u Crnoj Gori, koja čine najveći procenat crnogorske privrede. Empirijsko istraživanje je sprovedeno na uzorku od 42 preduzeća iz MSP sektora. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da menadžeri u Crnoj Gori benchmarking smatraju važnim za unapređenja poslovanja. Međutim, nivo njegove primjene nije na zadovoljavajućem nivou usled nedostatka znanja koje je potrebno za njegovu adekvatnu implementaciju. Menadžeri bolje poznaju i shodno tome više primjenjuju interni i konkurentski benchmarking, u poređenju sa ostalim vrstama, dok benchlearning ima najmanji stepen primjene. Najveći broj ispitanika smatra da su glavne prednosti korišćenja benchmarking koncepta postizanje konkurentske prednosti, otvaranje novih poslovnih mogućnosti i usmjeravanje na postizanje maksimuma u poslovanju. The main goal was to develop a model that outlines the transition process towards Industry 5.0. Additionally, suggestions and guidelines for improving enterprise production systems and competitiveness are discussed. Pored obnovljivih izvora energije, u značajnoj mjeri su zastupljeni ali i iskorišćeni neobnovljivi odnosno konvencionalni izvori energije. Uslijed štetnog uticaja na životnu sredinu i drugih negativnih faktora koji se javljaju usljed sagorijevanja fosilnih goriva, nameće se potreba za što većom upotrebom obnovljivih odnosno nekonvencionalnih izvora energije. Kada su u pitanju fosilna goriva, veliki problem predstavlja i sve veća iskorišćenost fosilnih goriva koja se za razliku od nekonvencaionalnih izvora energije, ne obnavljaju. Pored navedenog, bitno je još i napomenuti da uvođenjem novih tehnika i tehnologija, raste i potražnja za električnom, ali i toplotnom energijom. The need for electricity is constantly increasing. A large part of the energy produced in the world comes from non-renewable energy sources, mainly fossil fuels, which are considered to be the main reason for global warming. A well-planned and efficient use of all available energy sources, especially renewable sources, is necessary to meet the requirements of energy demand. Hydropower represents one of the most important renewable energy sources. A significant part of the hydropower potential has already been used by the construction and operation of large hydropower plants, while smaller watercourses are still largely unused. Small hydropower plants have an insignificant negative impact on the environment, unlike conventional energy plants. The paper presents the hydro potential of the Sutjeska river basin, i.e. the possibilities of building small hydropower plants are listed. The river Sutjeska largely passes through the national park of the same name. On the river Sutjeska and its tributaries Hrčavka, Jabušnica, Klobučarica and Sušica (Suha), the construction of 13 small hydropower plants with different technical solutions is planned. Pošto CO<sub>2 </sub>po definciji ima negativan uticaj na klimu na planeti Zemlji i obzirom na uzrokovanje efekta staklene, bašte dolazi do dodatnog zagrijavanje naše planete. Postoje generalno dva postupka procjena i određivanja emsija CO<sub>2</sub> iz termoelektrana: na osnovu prethodno definsianih matematičkih modela i izmjerene potrošnje uglja. Mjerne metode koje se koriste za uzimanje uzoraka su: neekstraktivne (mjerne sonde i uređaji se nalaze unutra ili u dimnom kanalu) i ekstraktivne (uzorak se uzima iz dimnog kanala i vodi u uređaj gdje se analizira). Senzori na osnovu koji se određuje sastav, dijele se na: elektrolitski, optički, kalorimetrički i fotometrički. Production processes management, in mentioned industry and production systems, requires the development of appropriate information technologies based automatic systems. Planning and control systems are based on computer-aided technologies. Basis of this system are mathematical-logical models commonly, which is quantitatively link between input process parameters and process performance indicators (output parameters). In this study, modelling of total power consumption and process productivity was performed. &nbsp;Total power consumption and the process productivity were modelled, as very important output indicators in efficient and sustainable production. The modelling is based on the experimental analysis of the machining process during machining of thin-walled parts made of C45E (AISI 1045) carbon steel. Modelling was performed using the least squares method, with the use of ANOVA statistical analysis for the purpose of defining the input factors significance. Depth of cut, milling width and feed per tooth were used as input cutting parameters. Input cutting parameters combined experimental analysed according to Taguchi experimental plan. Based on developed adequate and sufficiently accurate mathematical models, optimization procedure was performed. Takođe, adekvatno sprovedeno održavanje nesporno utiče i na niže troškove proizvodnje i cjelokupnog poslovanja. &nbsp;Tehničko održavanje sistema (mašina i postrojenja) obuhvata postupke koji imaju za cilj da spriječe pojavu stanja u otkazu ili zastoju, kao i da&nbsp; vrate&nbsp; sistem&nbsp; iz stanja u otkazu ponovo u stanje u radu u što kraćem vremenskom periodu i sa što nižim&nbsp; troškovima, a da se pri tome uzmu u obzir uslovi okoline i organizacije rada.</em> <em>U ovom radu je dat primjer opšte procedure održavanja vozila za teretni i putnički transport, u kojoj je definisan redoslijed i način na koji se izvode aktivnosti u procesu&nbsp; preventivnog i korektivnog održavanja vozila koji omogućava odvijanje transportnih procesa u smislu tehničke ispravnosti vozila.</em> <em>Glavni cilj cjelokupnog procesa održavanja voznih parkova jeste da se vozila vrate u stanje „u radu“ nakon što su dospjela u stanje „u otkazu“, kako bi bila dostupna i svrsishodna za obavljanje transportnog procesa.</em></p> 2024-04-14T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Journal of Engineering and Management
